She announced the good news to her millions of followers on Instagram with a cute photo of the newborn's hands and a simple caption made from three blue hearts to celebrate the boy.
In addition to the well-known children of Kate, Meghan and now Princess Eugenie, the Queen has four other great-grandchildren from Anne's line, Princess Royal.
