Hello there 🙂
If you've stepped into the fashion world at any level, you probably know that the tie-dye trend prevailed around this time last year. As soon as we noticed it, we reported on it and put the imprint back on immediately, but it definitely reached a saturation point and many of our editors vowed to at least stop buying it.
Aside from that, 2020 heralds a new version of the acclaimed batik print that you and I saw last year. On the runways of the S / S 20, we saw the loud rainbow colors and sharply defined binding colors of the past, which made room for softer versions of the print, which contained monochrome colors and patterns inspired by water colors. At Tibi, which manifested itself in dyed jeans skirts and trousers, Dior's dyed maxi skirts were elegantly combined with lace-up sandals (another important spring trend).
When we saw this change, we naturally knew that we had to have our own Who What Wear collection on board. As always with the must-have items of the moment, we've designed our own prints with soft batik patterns (including skirts, dresses, and sweatshirts). To see and buy the batik pieces (and get all the outfit information you may need), just keep scrolling.
