Hello there 🙂
While we love to sum up trends here at Who What Wear, I agree that it gets a bit overwhelming deciding where to start curating your ideal spring wardrobe. While I love talking about trending items (and being obsessed with them), it's the more versatile pieces that actually find their way into my wardrobe. I'm not here to say following trends is bad, I'm a fashion editor after all, but I think if I step up my shopping awareness efforts, I will focus my wardrobe on a number of pieces instead trying to get my hands on everything new.
If you're also wondering where to start this season in the first place, you've come to the right place. I've rounded up seven pieces you can use to create simple outfits this spring, as well as shopping, all of which are available for under $ 60 on our Who What Wear line. I've even included street style shots that will inspire you to keep your outfit game strong from now on.
Sorry for those who take the skinny jeans side of the Millennial vs. Gen Z argument, but I'll have to side with the younger generation on this one. Relaxed denim is simply more comfortable and makes for the perfect spring outfit.
Blouses are airy, breathable and can be easily combined with outfits. Combine them with jeans, a skirt and loose pants – anything is possible.
It may be 2021, but we're not going to let go of our loungewear anytime soon. Comfort is still a top priority right now and matching sets are the easiest way to feel good and work together at the same time.
I know this seems obvious, but it had to be added to the mix. An airy dress is something I like to call a "one-stop outfit" because it really takes a minimal amount of effort to wear it.
Relaxed pants may have started out as a trend, but I'm pretty sure these can now become a wardrobe staple. They're a little taller than jeans, but can be just as versatile.
While I usually go for neutral masks, a matching mask makes me feel so much more together than I actually am.
I love investing in a few statement tops because they create an attention grabbing focal point within an outfit so that the rest of the ensemble can be put together easily and easily.
