Hello there π
I am all in favor of a uniform to make dressing as seamless as possible. Of course, I like to experiment with fashion and change it from time to time, but there is a standard fit that really fits my personal style. The ensemble in question? A moto jacket, a basic top, black skinny jeans or pants and simple shoes (like white sneakers or boots). I like this special outfit because, thanks to its timeless nature, I always find it βinβ. Oh, not to mention that it's also convenient and incredibly easy to just put on and get started. What do my friends think about it? Sure, they generally like it to look elegant, but they've announced that they're not like frequently I wear it (though I still consider it my uniform).
This is true. I wear the same outfit several times a week (of course every time with fresh pieces), so I often get the question: "Why do you work in fashion and always wear the same thing?" This question used to annoy me a bit, to be honest, but over time, as I became more comfortable with myself and my style, I just wiped it away. And when I decided to answer, I usually put together an abbreviated version of my reasoning above with something like this: "It's my uniform. It's cool. And if you find something that works, you should just wear it. Enough said. "
What do you think? Is there a uniform you wear for repetitions? Would you like to see more of me? Below I've summarized a few fashion people (including myself) wearing the outfit that I swear by. Keep scrolling to learn more, and remember: you should always hug your uniform or whatever you like to wear. Just do it.
