Hello there 🙂
You probably know her as one of the funniest characters Modern familySofia Vergara recently proved that she can do design as well as acting. Vergara has just launched an affordable denim line that is only available online from Walmart. The styles include everything from jeans to dresses to jackets and are available in sizes 0 to 20. Oh, and did we mention everything is under $ 40? OK great. Are you already fascinated
Eager to learn more about this accessible (and cute) new denim line, we sat down and talked to Vergara to get everything firsthand. From her favorite styles in the collection to the denim trend she definitely thinks is "out", this starlet tells everything. And yes, we have put together the best of the best from the collection for you.
Name your three favorite jeans in the collection and what you love about each pair of jeans.
"I love and wear all of our jeans, so it's really difficult to choose just one, although I have some new favorites from my spring collection."
What are some of your favorite denim trends and why?
"Two big trends for spring are torches and harvests. While neither are really 'new', you will see a lot more options for both this spring. I love the leg lengthening effect of our Melisa Flare and additionally in ours classic version, we introduced one with a denim tie belt and a released hem that's so chic. "
"We also have some great short options this season. One of my favorites is the high-waisted Mayra. The higher waist emphasizes your curves and the short length goes perfectly with a striking strappy sandal or mule."
What is one way you love your jeans right now?
"I love the versatility of denim and that you can dress it up or down depending on where you go. When the seasons change and we enjoy warmer weather in LA, I combine our spring denim with flirty tops. It doesn't matter whether it's a playful tank or a strapless solid, these are a simple addition to your favorite jeans. "
What style of denim is on the way out? Don't you feel so much for 2020?
"Denim has a way to close the circle, so this is always a bit difficult to answer, but I would say that colored denim will not be a focus for us in 2020. We lean on classic washes (blues, black, gray) and white) and some new patterns. The splashes of color come from our tops, dresses and jackets – not from jeans. "
