Dr. Deepika Chopra is undoubtedly unique. As an expert in visual images and media, founder of Things are looking upand the Optimism Doctor, Chopra's unique specialization, combines holistic practices with scientifically based, "evidence-based manifestations" to ultimately help people find their path in life. so what I agree does it mean to be an optimism doctor? Essentially, Chopra works with clients, couples, and companies to develop self-control tools that will help release blockages and manifest a sense of lasting happiness, perseverance, success, and of course, optimism. Chopra's approach to unlocking and enriching one's self-esteem focuses on the future and desired outcomes rather than focusing on the past, which catapulted her career and proves that she is a true thought leader in the industry.
Chopra did an impressive doctorate in clinical health psychology with a focus on mind-body connection, sensory visual images, color therapy and innovative cognitive behavioral strategies. She has been featured in respected publications including Goop, Forbes, and Harper & # 39; s Bazaarand shares their knowledge of becoming the best version of themselves. In 2019, Chopra launched their first product to complement their work – the card game Things Are Looking Up, carefully designed to inspire optimism and increase happiness no matter where you are.
But before Chopra revealed her destiny to empower others, she had her own career. From an internship with a punk music label (and enjoying every moment of it) and a self-discovery trip to Japan, to working at an investment bank and startup healthcare company, Chopra experienced many different career opportunities before returning to school to study psychology .
