Hello there 🙂
Since Daniel Lee took over as Creative Director at Bottega Veneta in 2018, the traditional Italian brand has been one of the most discussed labels of the fashion month and one of the most popular designers in the street style scene. The alum from Phoebe Philo convinced fashion insiders with its own interpretation of modern minimalism with cult accessories such as the bucket bag and the quilted heels that are in constant demand and are on the sale list.
As the collections continue, Lee continues to develop Bottega Veneta's new stands. For F / W 20 new iterations of the classically woven Intercciato bag, chunky boots inspired by Chelsea and Western styles, chain-trimmed dresses (this time in a heavy woven knit) and the minimal designs that made him so enthusiastic Fan base. There are also more maximalist pieces: curved lambskin coats with heavy fringes, strong fuchsia and kiwi pops to compensate for sharp-cut outerwear, crystal-embellished jeans.

Fuchsia, kiwi and butter cream enliven black uniforms. On the catwalk were button-down shirts and zipped knitwear under black suits and tailored coats, with only the collar and sleeves sticking out.
If you have kept the big bag trend, you should think again. Big bags continue to dominate. This time they are made of stiffer, more structured materials.
Daniel Lee knows how to design an It shoe, and for fall it will be his chunky boots, available in black and cream tones, and in various heights from ankle to knee to above the knee. They have a pointed toe or square toe shape and combine a classic Chelsea boot shape with a western boot style.
Last year we saw the rise of anklets. Mostly worn with strappy heels, the jewelry trend even developed into Bottega Veneta's cult mesh heels with an integrated ankle chain. On the F / W 20 runway, we see a new way of wearing the anklet: over thick Chelsea boots.
Do you remember the early 2000s when celebrities like Britney Spears made dazzling denim popular? Now it's back in adult versions with a loose but tailored silhouette and hundreds of Swarovski crystals that adorn each pair.
Fringes were an important statement on the Bottega Veneta runway, from woven intrecciato bags to lambskin coats to knitted dresses, but it's not an isolated trend that we're seeing right now on this show. At Milan Fashion Week, runways like Prada, Jil Sander and Ferragamo were sighted, indicating that there will be a much broader trend for fall 2020.
We couldn't escape a tiny pair of micro sunglasses a few years ago and now everyone is wearing oversized shapes from the 70s. Looking to fall 2020, Bottega's sporty sunglasses are the fresh shape they will take.
