Hello there 🙂

It was the announcement heard around the world: earlier this month, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle announced their plans to step down as high-ranking kings and split their time between Britain and Canada. Everyone has their own opinion of the change, but there is no denying that their lives will be very different outside the limits of royal duties. And yes, we assume that the effects will also affect Markle's wardrobe.

While she is likely to attend many fundraisers, the events are not sanctioned by the Queen – meaning that Markle is unlikely to feel as much pressure to wear something that "Duchess" screams. For example, she was often photographed in torn jeans before her marriage, but never got out after joining the royal family. Now we expect Markle to go back to her old habits and dust off some of her pre-royal favorites. Scroll down to see and shop for trends that Markle is likely to wear more of.

Yes, Markle has changed the rules in this regard in the past, but royal reporters insist that Queen Elizabeth suggests that women wear tights – even if they are bare – while performing royal duties. Now Markle has more freedom to take off tights, while Kate Middleton is likely to continue to wear them, almost always when her hems are shorter.

Before her wedding, Markle was often seen in ripped skinny jeans. After becoming the Duchess of Sussex, she took off ripped jeans in favor of slim, dark-washed versions. Perhaps we are now seeing a return to their torn blue from back then.

Royal reporters say there is an unspoken rule about royals and nail polish. They usually wear neutral colors such as nude and light pink and rarely appear in dark colors. But now that Markle leaves the royal house behind, she can wear the dark colors she was wearing before the wedding.

Before Markle joined the royal family, he was often photographed in leggings on the way to yoga. But while in the spotlight as the Duchess of Sussex, she swapped causality and wore pants instead. Since she moved to Canada, she has been photographed in leggings. So we think that it is a harbinger of what will come.

Next are four trends that Anna Wintour loved last year – and three that she hated.
