Even if my wardrobe doesn't know it's spring, my makeup drawer is ready for months, To get me through these last winter weeks, I approached the famous makeup artist Mai Quynh and four stylish Who What Wear employees to develop our opinion on the spring moods of Ulta Beauty (i.e. brave and daring, fresh and renewed, bright and dreamy ); and spirited and free), also known as the biggest trends of the season – because nothing lifts my mind (or distracts me from the cold) like refreshing my make-up.
